AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR CONSTRUCTION AND
COMPLETION OF IMPROVEMENTS IN SUBDIVISION DESIGNATED TRACT
2833, BEING THE EASTERLY AND SOUTHERLY 'PORTION OF PROPERTY
SHOWN ON TENTATIVE MAP OF TRACT 2822.
WHEREAS, pursuant. to Ordinance No. 1208 N. S., Shore Line Properties, Inc., a California
corporation . subdivider herein, has prepared and presented to this Council the Final Map of the
subdivision known as Tract No, 2833, being the easterly and southerly portion of the property shown
on the approved Tentative Map of subdivision designated as Tract Se. 2822; and
WHEREAS, said Subdivider has entered into en agreement to construct and complete the
improvements in said subdivision, has filed its Final Map thereof for approval at this time. and
has posted its bond guaranteeing fell and faithful performance of said work, all in accordance with
the provisions of said ordinance; and
WHEREAS, it will he to the advantage and benefit of the City to have said work: performed
in accordance with said agreement;
NOW THEREFORE, BE LT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the agreement
for construction and completion of improvements in the subdivision. designated as Tract No. 2833,
and all its terms and conditions be, and the same hereby is, approved; and
SE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed
to execute said agreement on behalf of the City, and the City Clerk is hereby directed to attest to
same.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and. adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
15th day of March, 1966, by the following vote, to wit;
AYES; Councilmen La Croix, Jr., McCall, Rose and President Godfrey, (4).
NOES: None,
NOT VOTING: Councilman Bartley. (1).
ABSENT: None.
