REQUESTING STATE DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE TO PREPARE SPECIAL
CENSUS ESTIMATE AS OF APRIL 1, 1966, AND AUTHORIZING
EXECUTION OF ACREEMENT BETWEEN CITY AND SAID DEPARTMENT
IISEREFOR .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the City of Alameda, pursuant
to Section 194.2., Streets and Highways Code of California, hereby requests the State Department of
Finance to prepare a special census estimate of the population of the City of Alameda, California,
as cf the date of April 1, 1966; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to enter
into an agreement between the City and said Department under which said estimate shell be made and
providing for the method and cost thereof, a copy of which agreement is on file in the office of the
City Clerk.

introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
15th day of March, 1966, by the following vote, to wit:
