APPROVING WARRANT NO. 107 OF BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF RECLAMATION
DIISTRICT NC. 2105.
WHEREAS, there has heretofore been filed kdth this Council a request for approval of a
certain warranb >','> or' 107 of the Board of Trostees of Reclamatlon District No. 2105, and this
Council finds that said uarrant should be approved; and
WHEREAS, the issuance of said warrant and the face amount thereof were duly authorized
by resolution of said Board 8t its meeting held on April 13, 1966, said resolution appearing in the
minutes thereof;
NOW THEREFORE, 7' IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL Ok THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the warrant of
the Board of Trust Reclamation District No. 2105 set forth below be, and hereby is, approved.
