RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OP THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the Specifications and Provisions for furnishArtg to the City of Alameda one (1) new 4-door 2-seat compact statlon wagon, 1966 model with standard transmission, No. MS 5-66-4., filed in the office of the City Clerk on May 3, 1965, be, and the same are hereby approved and adopted. RESOLVED, FURTHER, that the Council of the City of Alameda will receive sealed bids up to the hour of 11.00 o'clock a.m. on FRIDAY, MAY 27, 1966, for furnishing to the City of said station wagon, in accordance with said Specifications and Provisions. Bids must be presented to the City Clerk, in the City Hall, Alameda, California, under sealed cover and plainly marked on the outside, "Proposal for Compact Station Wagon," or similar designation. Contract, if awarded, will be awarded subject to the provisions of the Charter of said City, to the responsible bidder who submits the lowesr and best bid. The right is reserved to reject any or all bids. The City Clerk is hereby directed to advertise, in the Alameda Times-Star, a notice call- ing for sealed bids, in accordance with the provisions of this resolution and of said Specifications and Provisions. * * * * * * a * a the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 3rd day of May, 1966, by the following vote, to wit: AYES: Councilmen Barney, La Croix, Jr., McCall, Rose and President Godfrey, (5).
