AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT MODIFYING AGREEMENT BETWEEN
CITY AND SARAZEN, MUIRHEAD 6 CALDWELL, RELATING TO IMPROVEMENTS
OF MUNICIPAL GOLF COURSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the City Manager be, and is hereby,
authorized to execute on behalf of City, and th e City Clerk directed to attest, an agreement amending
and modifying that certain agreement between the City and Sarazen, Muirhead & Caldwell executed on
April 20, 1966, authorized by Resolution No. 6935 adopted April 19, 1966, and relating to al-Chi-
tectural and planning services in connection with City's Municipal Golf Courses, said modification
contract to be substantially in the form of that filed in the office of the City Clerk and marked
"Filed May 17, 1966".

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
17th day of May. 1966, by the following vote, to wit:
