RESOLUTION APPROVING BOUNDARY MAP. (ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 65-1).
WHEREAS, there has been filed with the City Clerk of the City of Alameda, Alameda County,
California, a map showing the boundaries of Assessment District No. 65-1, City of Alameda, County
of Alameda, State of California;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Alameda, Alameda County,
California, that that certain map entitled 'Boundary Map, Assessment District No. 65-1, Alameda,
California" be and the same is hereby approved; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a certified copy of said boundary map herein approved shall
be filed with the County Recorder of the County of Alameda in accordance with the provisions nf
Part 2, Division 4.5 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California.
