RESOLUTION SETTING TIME AND PLACE FOR HEARING FOR DETERMINING
PUBLIC CONVENIENCE AND NECESSITY OF THE IMPROVEMENTS TO BE MADE
IN ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 65-1, CITY OF ALAMEDA, COUNTY OF
ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Alameda, County of Alameda, State of California,
has undertaken special assessment proceedings for the construction of improvements Co be made in
Assessment District No. 65-1, City of Alameda, County of Alameda, State of California:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Alameda, County of
Alameda, State of California, that Tuesday, the 21st day of June, 1966, at the hour of 6:00 o'clock
F.M. of said day, is hereby fixed as the day and hour, and the meeting place of the City Council of
the City of Alameda, located in the City Hall, Alameda, California, as the place, when and where
any and all persons interested may appear and show cause why the City Council should not find and
determine that the public convenience and necessity require the said proposed improvements to be
made in said Assessment District No. 65-1, without compliance with the provisions of the Special
Assessment Investigation, Limitation and Majority Protest Act of 1931.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of the time and place of said hearing
in the following manner:
(a) By giving notice of said hearing in the Notice of improvement in connection with
these proceedings,
(b) By posting a copy of the Notice of Improvement at or near the Council Chamber door
fur five days prior to hearing date.

introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda at regular meeting assembled on the
17th day of May, 1966, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Bartley, La Croix, jr., McCall, Rose and President Godfrey, (5).
NOES: Councilmen None.
ABSENT: Councilmen None.
