AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT WITH CHARLES W. JENKINS
FOR SERVICES IN FINAL GRADING AND SHAPING ON RECONSTRUCTED
MUNICIPAL GOLF COURSE.
WHEREAS, the City requires the services of an expert grader and shaper in the recon-
struction of its Municipal Golf Course; and
WHEREAS, Charles W. Jenkins is qualified, experienced and able to perform such skilled
work, and is willing to undertake same for the City;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA. that the City Manager
be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute on behalf of the City, an agreement with Charles W.
Jenkins for the final grading and shaping of tees, greens and mounds on the reconstructed Munici-
pal Golf Course, and the City Clerk is directed to attest to same.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in special meeting assembled on the
27th day of May, 1966, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Bartley, La Croix, Jr., McCall., Rose and President Godfrey, (5).
NOES: None.
ABSENT; None.
