ADOPTING SPECIFICATIONS FOR FURNISHING TO THE CITy OF ALAMEDA
ONE (1) NEW, LATEST MODEL DIESEL TRACTOR WITH LOADER BUCKET
FOR THE GOLF DEPARTMENT, CALLING FOR BIDS AND DIRECTING CITY
CLERK TO ADVERTISE SAME.
RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the Specifications and Provisions for
furnishing to the City of Alameda one (1) new, latest model, diesel tractor with leader bucket for
the Golf Department, No. MS 5-66-9, flied in the office of the City Clerk on May 27, 1966, be, and
the same are hereby approved and adopted.
RESOLVED, FURTHER, that the Council of the City of Alameda will receive sealed bids up
to the hour of 11:00 o'clock a.m. on MONDAY, JUNE 6, 1966, for furnishing to the City of said
tractor, in accordance with said Specifications and Provisions. Bids must be presented to the City
Clerk, in the City Hall, Alameda, California, under sealed cover and plainly marked on the outside,
'Proposal for Diesel Tractor', or similar designation-
Contract, if awarded, will be awarded subject to the provisions of the Charter of said
City, to the responsible bidder who submits the lowest and best bid. The right is reserved to
reject any or all bids.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to advertise, in the Alameda Times-Star, a notice call-
irir sealed bids, in accordance wIth the provisions of this resolution and of said Specifica-
tions and Provisions.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in special meeting assembled on the
27th day of May, 1966, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Bartley, La Croix, Jr., McCall, Rose and President Godfrey, (5).
NOES: None,
ABSENT: None.
