TO FILE AMENDED COST ESTTMATE AND AMENDED ENGINEERS REPORT,
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 65-1, CITY OF ALAMEDA, ALAMEDA
COUNTY) ,CALIFORNIA
WHEREAS, on the 17th day of May, 1966, the City Cou ncil of the City of Alameda, Alameda
County, Califor,la, preliminarily adopted the Eagineer's Report and Assessment filed pursuant to
Resolution of totentior No 6957, Assessment District No. 65-1 of the City of Alameda; and
WHEREAS, since the filing of said original Engineer's Report bids have heed received
showing a lower contract cost for the work to be done than is set forth in the Eagineer's Report;
IN33fl4, THEREFORE, BE tT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Alameda, Alameda
County, Caldforcia, that the City Engineer of the City of Alameda be, and he is hereby. directed
to file an Amended Cost Estimate and and Amended Engineer's Report and Assessmen t with this City
Council to make the Engineer's Estimate and the Engineer's Report conform to the lowest bid
received.
