BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that, pursuant to Section 11-319.1
of the Alameda Municipal Code, Parcel. Map (Property Division Map) No. 209, being a division of the
property located at Central and McKay Avenues, in the City of Alameda, and inmolving a public im-
provements contract and bond, is hereby approved, and permisslon given to subdivider, Morrison
Brothers Improvement Co., a po-t neip, to record same.
