REQUESTING PAYMENT BY THE FISCAL AGENT OF THE AmouNr 11E10
IN THE OFFASTREET PARKING SURPLUS REVENUE FUND TO THE
GENERAL FOND OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA.
WHYREAS, pursuant to Article V, Section 5.080) of Resolution No. 5312, authorizing the
ISSuanCe of City of Alameda Off-Street Parking Revenue Fords, the City's Ficeal Agent, Bank of
America National. Trust ana Having0 Associat.ion, ties accumulated the amount of approximaMely
$25.000.00 in the Surplus Revenue Fund; and
WHEREAS, said. resolution provides tnat the City Council may, by resolution, request the
Fiscal Agent to transfer to the General Fund of the City, to be used for any lawful purposes, any
or all moneys in. the Surplus Revenue Fund:
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that. the Fiscal. Agent
be, and it is hereby, requested to pay over from the Surplus Revenue Fund to the General Fund oE
the City of Alameda, to be used for 1 lawful purposes, the amount of $20000.60.
