BE IT PIESOLMED BY TUE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMUUA that the Auditor of the City of
Alameda is hereby authorized to make all necessary transfers upon the booke of account. oe said
City, to the end that the halanoe of said acwohnts be transferred to the Surplus Account as of
Tuna 30, 1966.
