AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT WITH BRINK'S, INCORPORATED,
FOR THEIR SERVICES RELATING TO PARKING METER COLLECTIONS, FOR THE
FISCAL YEAR 1966-1967,
WHEREAS, a proposed contract with Brink's, Incorporated, for their services relating to
perking meter collections during the fisca year beginning :July 1, 1966, and ending June 30, 1967,
has been submitted to this Counoil, ang the Council is fully informed and aware of the terms and
conditions thereof; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best ingerests of the Cit of Alameda that said contract be entered
into;
llOW THEREFORE, RE IT RESOLVED BT TRE COUNCIL OF THE CITY GT ALAMEDA, that the Mayor cif the
City of Alamods is hereby authorized and directed to eKeente, for and on behalf of the City of
Alameda, that certain contract referred to above by an2 between BrIaR's, Incorporated, and the
City of Alameda, for their services relating to parking meteg collections during the fiscal year
1966-1967. The City Clerk As hereby directed to attest to same.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Reeolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in adjourned regular meeting assenbled
on the 2F1 R day of Tuna, 363) iv the following vote, to wit:
