AWTHORIZING MODIFICATION OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN CITY AND
GOLF COURSE .RESTAURANT CONCESSIONAIRE
BE IT RESOLMED BY TUE COUNCIL OF THE C.M OF IBLIBBWIB that, good cause appearing, the
agreement between the City and Anthony Moschetti., heretofore on June 30, 1962, entered into, add
authorized by Resolution No. 6363 mdopted june 19, 1962, and relatAng to thz operation of a
restaurant concession at the Alameda Municipal Coif Course, be modified, (1) by amending
Paragraph. 2 thereof to provide that the payments by Conoessionaire to City he as follows;
2B on. the first $6,000.00 of monthly gross receipts;
IMM on thz next $1.000.00 of monthly gross receipts;
67, or the hezt $1,000.00 of monthly gross remeipts;
3% on the next $1,0b0.00 of monthly gross recejets:
all monthly gross receipts in excess of $9,000m00,
