RESOLVED BY TEE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the Specificatiors and Ptovisions for
furnishing to the City ef Alameda top sand for the Golf Course, No, Dff; 7-66-14, filed La the office
of the City. Clerk on Ally 5, 1966, be, and the same ere hereby approved and adopted-
RESOLVED, FURTHER, that the Council of the City of Alameda wall receive seated bids up to
the hour of 11:00 o'clock a.m. on THURSDAY, JULY 14, 1966, for furnishing to the Clty of said top
sand, in accordance with saUl Speoifications and Provisions. Bids must be presented to the City
Cler11 . in the City ital.', Alameda, California, under sealed cover and. plainly marked on the outside,
'Proposal for Top Sand for the Golf Course," or '4 '7 designation.
Contract, if awarded, will be awauded subject to the provisRoos of the 4.1411 '7 of said
CUty, to the responsible bidder wbo submits the lowest and best bid. The right is reserved to
reject any or all bids.
The City Clerk is horgby directed to advertise, in the Alameda Times-St.aa, a noLlae
caillug for sealed bids, in. accordance with the provisions of this resolution and of said Specifica-
tions anti 0801 n.s.
