APPROVING WARRANT NO. 109 OP BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF RECLAMATION DISTRICT NO. 2105
WHEREAS, there has heretofore been filed with this Council a request for approval of a
certain warrant numbered lOR of the Beard of Trustees of Reclamation District No. 2105, and this
Council finds that said warranW should be approved; and
WHEREAS, the issuance of said warrant and the face arnourt thereof were duly authorized
by resolution of said Board at its meeting held 1 jure 30, 1966, said resolution appedring in the
minutes thereof;
1 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF TRE CITY 01 AIAMEDA that the warrant of
the Board of Trustees of Reclamation District No. 2105 set forth below be, and hereby is, approved.
