offultu of Doe City Clerk: on July 12, 196L, be, and the same are hereby approved ane adopted.
RESOLVED, FURIDER, that the CowntH11 of the City of Alameda will receive sealed bids up
to the hour of 11:ED o'clock awa, on WEDNESDAY, JOIE' 27, 1966, for furnishing to the City of said
top soil, in
)r 3. with said Specifications and Provisions. Bids must be presented to the
City Clerk, in fhe City Hall, kEamada, Califorsia, under sealed cover elld plainly marked) on the
outside, 'Proposal for Top Soil", or simjior designation.
Contract, if awarded, will be awarded subject to the prowlsions of the Charter of siLid
City, to the responsible bidder who submits the lowest and besk bld, The right is reserved to
reject any or all bids.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to advertise, in the Alameda Times-Star, a notice
calling for sealed bids, in accordance with the provisions of this resolution orai of said Specifioa-
