ADOPTING SPECIFICATIONS FOR FURNISHING TO THE CITY OF
ALAMEDA FERTILIZER FOR THE GOLF COURSE, CALLING FOR BIDS
AND DIRECTING CITY CLERK TO ADVERTISE SAME
RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CTIO OB' ALAMEDA that the Specifications and Provisions for
furnishing to the City of Alameda fertilizer for the Golf Course, No. MS 7-66-16, filed In the offlce
of the City Clerk on jiijv 12, 1866, be, and the sane are hereby approved and adopted.
RESOLVED, FURTHER, that the Council of the City oE Alameda will receive sealed bids up to
the hour of oicleek a.m. on WED.ASBAY, JUIY 27, 1966, for furnishing 0) 11 City of said
fertilizer, in (00. 001.) with said Specifications and Provisions. Bids must be presented to the
City Clerk, in the City Hall, Alameda, California, and sealed cover and plainly marked on the out-
side, 'Proposal for Fertilizer", or similar designation.
Contract, if awarded, will be subject to the provisions of the Charter of said City, to the
responsible bidder who submits the lowest Ere: best bid, The right is reserved to reject any or all
bids.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to advertise, in tbe Alameda Times-Star, a notice calling
for sealed bids, if accordance with tile provisions of this resolution and of said Specifications and
Provisions.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolutfon was duly and regularly
Introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in adjourned regular meeting assembled
on the 12th day of July, 1961 , by the following vote, to volt:
AYES: Councilmen Bartley, La Croix, Jr., McCall, Rose and. President Godfrey,
NOES: one.
ABSENT None.
