for furnishing to the City Of Alameda Lamm seed for the Golf Course, No. 176 7-66-17, filed in the
offiae of the City Clerk on july 12, 1960, be, and the samh are herhby approved and adopted.
RESOLVED, FURTHER, that the Council of the Csity of Alameda will receive sEaled bids up
to the hour of 11:00 o'clock a.m. on WEDNESDAY, JUIY 27, 1966, for furnishing to the City of said
lewE seed, in ash:order:me with said 11 011, :lad Provisions. Bids must be, presented to the
City Clerk, in the City Hall, Alameda, California, umder sealed cover and plainly marked on the
outside, 'Proposal for Lawn Seed or siMiler dasigmationv
Contract, if awarded, m417 be awarded subject to t7le provisions of tbE Charter of said
City, to the responsible bidder who submi.ts the lomemt and best. bid. The right is ressr.voM to
reject any or all bids.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to advertise, in the Alameda Times-Star, a notice calling
for sealed bids, in accordance with the prEmisSons of this resolution and of said Spmmifications asE
Provisions.

introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of AlammEa in adjourned regular meeting assembled
