WHEREAS, the Alameda Chamber of Commerce is allling to undertnle the work of advertising
the City of Alamwda and to carry on. all the necessary publicity for said City during the fiscal
year ending lune 30, 1967; and
WEEREAS, thE production of such advertising and publicity renuires spevial services of
a professional and technical. oaturw and special technical skill arie faciHrles;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TOE COUNCIL OF 1 CITY OF ALAFEDA that the City of
AlamedE enter into a contract with the Alameda Chamber of Commerce for the cErryIag on by said
Chamber of Commerce of n11 neoevsary publicity nnd advertising on behalf of the City of Alameda
for the fiscal year ending Sara 30, 1E67.

in the form and containing the covenants, agreements and provisions set forth in the aforesegd form
of contract.
