ADOPTING SPECIFICATIONS FOR FURNISHING TO Ti E CITY OF ALAMEDA
ONE (1) NEW, LATEST MODEL 76" MOWER, FCR GOLF DEPARTMENT,
CALLL 1 FOR 13105 AND DIRECTING CITY CLERE TO ADVERTISE SAME.
RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALANEDA that the Specifications and Provisions for
furnishing to the City of Alameda one (1) new, latest model 76" mower, fcr the Golf Department, No.
MS 8-66-18, filed in the office of the City Clerk on August 16, 1966, be, and the same are hereby
approved and adopted.
RESOLVED, FURTHER, that the Council of the City of Alameda will receive sealed bids up to
the. hour of 11:00 o'clock a.m. on THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 1, 1966, for furnishing to the City of said
mower, in accordance with said Specifications and Provisions. Bids must be presented to the City
Clerk, in the City Hall., Alameda, California, under sealed cover and plainly marked on the outside,
"Proposal for 76" Mower", or similar designation.
Contract, if awarded, will be awarded subject to the provisions of the Charter of said
City, to the responsible bidder who submits the lowest and hest bid. The right is reserved to reject
any or all bids.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to advertise, in the Alameda Times-Star, a notice calling
for sealed bids, in accordance with the provisions of this resolution and of said Specifications and
Provisions.

introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
16th day of August, 1966, by the following vote, to wit:
