AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES AGREEMENT
WITH TREICHEL 33 CTBBS IX CONNECTION WITH vRornsEu MODERNIZATION
OF FIRE STATION NCL B.
WHEREAS, the City contemplates making alterations, improvements, and modernization of Fire
Station No. 3, located at Grand Street and Pacific Avenue, .and requires the services of a competent
and qualified architect therefor; and
WHEREAS, Treichel id Gibbs are duly licensed architects and hare represented to the City
they have the professional. competence and ability to provide such services, and the City relies upon
said representations, and in is deemed in the City's best interest to obtain the services of said
Architects; end
LIEBEAS, a form of contrect between the Garay 3.7- said Architects has bees submitted, by'
which such services are to be rendered by the iattern end which encompasses the nature, evRent and
scope thereof, and this Council is informed of the contents eR the agreement;
NOW TEEDEFORS, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMED1 . tbot the City Manager
be, end he is hereby, authorized to execute on behalf of the City, that certain proposed architectural
services agreeuunt hereinabove referred to, as filed in the office of the City. Clerk and marked,
