WHEREAS, on the 7th day of Derenher, 1965, the C9ty Council. of the City of Alamedw, Alameda
County, California, passed its Resolution Ho. 6881. entitled, "Resolution Appointing Special Bond
Counsel to Prepare Special Assessment Proceedings and Authorizing Execution of Agreement (Assessment
Dist. Nw. 65-2); and
WHEREAS, singe the passage of said Resulution ND. 6884 the City Council has changrid the
namv of said Assessment District to "Assessment District No. 66-1"i
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by. the City Council. of the City of Alameda, Altimeda Cuinty,
California, that any reference in the agreement of December 7, 1965, between the City' of Alameda and
Sturgis, Den-Dolk, Douglass 6. Anderson, therein denignated as "Special Bond Counsel", which refers
to Assessment District No. 65-6 shall be modified and changed to refer to Assessment District No.
66-1: and
HE PT FURTHER RESOLVED that other than. as herein provided, said. agreement shall. remain in
full. force and effect.
