BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Alameda, Alameda County, California, that it is the intention of said City Council to order the following imprrvemeots to be made in the City of Alameda, Alameda County, California, to wit: The construction of a sanitary sewer in Fifth Street and the extension thereof from approximately 778 feet North of Buena Vista Avenue to Central Avenue; the construe- tion of sanitary sewers in Central Avenue from Fifth Street easterly to McKay Avenue and from Fifth Street westerly approximately 618 feet; and the construction of ail. necessary appurtenanhes for the above described setre, 8E IT RESOLVED that said improvements to be constructed in the streets, avenues, lanes, courts, roads, places andFor public ways hereinabove described, will he of the dimensions, materials, and in the particular locations, as set forth and shown on the plans and specifications and detailed drawangs hereinafter referred to; together with the construction of all appurPenances thereto, includ- ng necessary fittings, tronchings, grading and regrading, excavation and fill, removal of obstruc- tions, connections to existing services, back filling, reconstruction of existing ground surface as required to conditions existing prior to coavencement of construction, all tn the manner, of the aterials, and to the dimensions and to the grades, and in the particular locations as the same will be more fully shown on the plans and specifications and detailed drawings hereinafter referred to; That the attectures and work and improvements herein described shal grades, gub-grades and elevations severally to be shown upon the plans and pr drawings thereof in the respective locations thereof, which said grades are official gradew therefor for all purposes in connection with the preceedings lution of Intention, Notice is hereby given that said grades may be new and heretofore established or existing, or may be different from existing ground be constructed to the ofiles and detailed hereby adopted as the pursuant to this Reso- different from those levels. A general deseription of the works or appliances already installed and any other property necessary or convenient for the operation. cf the improvement, if the works, appliances or property are to be constructed as part of the improvement; ce An estinmte of the cost of the improvements and of the cost of lands, rights-of-way, easementa and incidental expenses in connection with the imprevemente; d. A diagram showing the assessment district and the boundaries and dimensions of the subdivisions of land within the district as they existee at the time of the passage of the Resolution of Intention. A proposed assessment of the total amount of the co1 t. and expenses of the proposed improvements upon the several subdivisions of land in the district in proportion to the estimated beneeits to be received by each subdivision, respectively, from the improvements.
