Resolution 07030CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 7030 AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH RIEERA AND SUE FOR REDESIGN CF WOODSTOCK PARK. WHEREAE, upon the recommendation of the Recreation and Parks Commission, the City desires to redesign Woodstock Park and make certain construction thereon, and for such purposes requires services of competent and qualified architects; and WHEREAS, Alan E. Ribera and John C. Sue are duly licensed architects, have represented they have the professional competence and ability to provide such services, and the City relies thereupon, and deems it in the best public intent to obtain their services; and WHEREAS, a form of contract between the City and said architects has been submitted, by which said services are to be rendered, and which encompasses the nature, extent and scope thereof, and this Council is informed of the contents of said agreement; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CilT OF ALAMEDA that the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute on behalf of the City, that certain proposed architectural services agreement hereinabove referred to, as filed in the office of the City Clerk and marked "Filed, September 20, 1966," and said Clerk is directed to attest to same. * * * * * * * * * * I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 20th day of Septebther, 1966, by the following vote, to wit: AYES: Councilmen Bartley, La Croix, Jr., Rose and President Codfrey, (4).
