APPROVING WARRANTS NOS. 117 AND 118 OF BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF RECLAMATION DISTRICT NO. 2105.
WHEREAS, there has heretofore been filed with this Council a request for approval of cer-
tain warrants numbered 117 end 118 of the Board or Trustees of Reclamation District No. 2105, and
this Council finds that sald warrants should be approved; and
WHEREAS, the issuance of said warrants and the face amounts thereof were duly authorized
by resolutions of said Board at its meeting held on November 17, 1966, said resolutions appearing
in the minutes thereof;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the warrants of
the Board of Trustees of Reclamation District No. 2105 set forth below be, and hereby are approved.

5, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the

AYES: Councilmen Bartley, McCall, Rose and Pteeident Godfrey, (4).
NOES: Councilman Ls Croix, Jr., (I).
ABSENT: None.
