CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 7064

RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that pursuant co the provisions of Section
3 of Ordinance No. 1079 New Series, as amended by Ordinance No. 1085 New Series, of the City of
Alameda, the election of EDWARD N. SOUZA by the membership of the Police Department is approved, and
he is hereby appointed to the office of trustee of the Pension Board of the City of Alameda for a
term commencing on January 1, 1967, and expiring December 31, 1969, and to serve until his successor
is appointed and is qualified.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly .9,Aci regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
6th day of December, 1966, by the following vote, to wit:
