ADOPTING SPECIFICATIONS FOR FURNISHING TO THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
ONE (1) NEW 4.41E1, 3 CUBIC YARD SWEEPER WITH ONE GUTTER
BROOM, CALLING FOR BIDS AND DIRECTING CITY CLERK TO ADVERTISE
SAME.
RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that Fl Specifications and Provisions for
furnishing to the City of Alameda one (1) new 4-wheel, 3 cubic yard sweeper with one gutter broom,
No. MS 12-66-25, filed in the office of the City Clerk on December 6, 1965, be, and the same are
hereby approved and adopted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Alameda will. receive sealed bids
op to the hour of 1100 o'clock a.m.. on FRIDAY, DECEMBER 23, 1966, for the furnishing to the City
of said sweeper, in accordance with said Specifications and Provisions. Blds must be presented to
the City Clerk, in the City Hall, Alameda, California, under sealed over and plainly marked on the
outside, "Proposal for one (1) new 4-wheel, 3 cubic yard sweeper with one gutter broom", or similar
designation.
Poatrailt, if awarded, will be awarded subject to the provisions of the Charter of said
City, to the responsible bidder who submits the lowest and best bid. The right is reserved to reject
any or all bids.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to advertise, in the Alameda Times-Ster, a notice callin7 for sealed bids, In accordance with the provisions of this resolution and of said Specifications
and Provisions.
