WHEREAS, the City Engineer has prepared Spetifications, Special Provisions and Flans for
the installation of concrete work at Kruai Park and at Godfrey Park, No. Pk' 12-66-Th and filed in
the office of the City Clerk on December 20, 1959;
NOW THEREFORE, 9E IT RESOLVED BN TRE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the 1,`oresaid
Specifications, Special Provisions and Plans, numbered and filed as aforesaid, be, and the same arc
hereby approved and adcrotad.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the performance and completion of the work specified in said
Specifications and Provisions be and the same is hereby authorized.
BE TT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Alameda will reeeive sealed bids
up to the hour of 11:00 o'clock a.m. on FRIDAY, jANDARY 6, 1967, for furnishing to the City of all
labor, materials, machinery, tools and equipment necessary for the work 041 011)14111 referred to, in
accordance with said Specifications and Provisions. Bids must he presented to the City Clerk, in
tne City ilall, Alameda, California, under sealed Cover and plainly marked on the outside, "Proposal
for 0414 0100. Work at Krusi and Godfrey Parke", or similar designation.

of Alameda, to the responsible bidder who submits the lowest and best bid. The right is reserved
