BE IT RESOLVED 33 THE COUNCEIL OF ThE CITY OE ALAETEDA that pursuant L, SeCtion 11-319.1,
Alameda Municipal Code, Parcel Map (Property Division Map) No. 244, heretofore accepted and
approved by the Planning Board, and involving no public improvements, is hereby approved and
permission given to subdivider to record same, subject to the conditions set forth in City E
neer's report to the City Planning Board of the City of Alameda dated December 5, 1966,
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adnoted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
20th day of December, 1966, by the following vote, to wit:
