RESOLUTICON FIXING DATE OF BONDS AND DIRECTINC PUBLICATION
OF OFFICIAL NOTICE INVITING BIDS FOR POCHASE OF BONDS,
ASSESSNENT DISTRICT No. 66-I, CITY OF ALAMEDA, ALAMEDA COUNTY,
UgLIFORNIA.
WHEREAS, the period of collection of assessments in Assessment District No. 66-1, City of
lameda, Alameda County, California, has terminated; and
WHEREAS, it is neeassary to fix the date of bonds to he issued and authorize sale of bonds
which will be issued to represent unpaid assessments;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE LT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Alameda, Alameda County,
California, that bonds issued im said proceadinam shall be dated March 2, 1967, and shall bear
interest from said date; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized to publish Official Notice
Inviting Bids for the purchase of bonds, which Notice is attached hereto, marked "Exhibit AM and
made a part hereof, said bids to be received at the hour of 11;00 a,m, on the 17th day of January,
1967, in the office of the City Clerk of the City of Alameda, City Hell, Santa Clara and Oak Streets,
Alameda, California, at which said time and place said proposals will be publicly opened, examined.

BE IT FURIliEE RESOLVED that said Notice shall be published twice, once a week for two (PO

hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly. adopted by the City
Courril of the City of Alameda at a regular meeting thereof held on the 3rd day of lanuary, 1967,
