CONSTRUCTION Or SAID INTROVENENTB (SHORE 'INF PROPERTIES, INC.,
AHD BRADDOCK, LOGAN & VALLEIL SUBDIVID(0 R).
FNEREAS, Resolution Nos. 6885 and O11O, adopted July 11 1965, approved the Final Map of
subdivision. Tract 2730, approved a faithful performance bond in the sum of $336,300.00 guaranteeing
construction and completion of the public improvements therein, and authorjwed execution of an agree-
ment begyeen the City and the subdivider for construction by subdivider of said improvmuents; and
WHEREAS, the subdivider has proposed a resubdivision of a portion of said tract, said
resubdivision designated as Mact 2913, and has filed. with this Council, for approval, a Final Map
of said 't 2,,; and
WHEREAS, this Council, on December 20, 1966, approved the Tentativ Map of said Tract 2913,
designated Fa resubdiyision of Block! 1 in Tract 2730, Camitas Alameda;v and
WHEREAS, the subdivider has entered into a contract with tho City, agreeing to complete
construction of certain public improvements pertaining to the resugdivided portion of Tract 2730,
and has posted with the City Glerk a certificate evidencing extension of the said faithful perform-
ance bond, haretofore filed and approved, said bond guaranteming performance of the contract relating
to 11' 913, the resubdivided portion of Tract 2730;
KIM THEREFORE, BE TT' RE001TED BY THE COUNCIL OF' IKE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the Final. Map of
Tract 2913, being a resubdivision of a portion of Tract 2730, be and the same heroby is approved.
BE IT FUTERER RESOLVED that the faithful performance bond guaranteeing full and 'alt'' ance of the public improvements construction contract between the City and Shore Line Prop-
erties, Mo., and Braddock, Logan. & Valley- (a joint venture), subdivider of said Tracts 2730 and
2913, be and hereby 13 approved;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the agreement for construction and completion of the said publia
improvements in the subdivision known as Tract 2913 be approved, and the City Manager and City Clerk
are, respectively, authorized and directed to execute and attest to said agreement on behalf 00 0100.
