BE IN RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF 1HE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the City does hereby accept an
offer by Morrison BrothRrs improvement Company to dedicate for public street purposes the following
described real property:
Parcel 3 of Parcel Map No. 209 as Recorded in Bock 47, Page 112, in the
Alameda County RecordRr,s Office.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor be and hereby is authorized. to file an acceptance
on. behalf of the City to the conteyance of said property, executed and delLvered. by said Morrison
Brothers Improvement Company, and the City Clerk is directed to record same in the office of the
Recorder of Alameda County.
RE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the public improvements in said street, be and hereby are
acGepted by the City.
