ABORTING SPECIFICATIONS FOR FURNISHING TO THE CITY OF ALAIIDA

FOR BIDS AND DIRECTING CITY CLERK TO ADVERTISE SAES.
RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ATAMEDA that the Specifications and Provisions for
furnishing to the City of Alameda one (1) new trailer- mounted, 4" centrifugal self- priming sewage
pump, direct- connected to a gasoline engine, No. MS 1 -67 -1, filed in the office of the City Clerk on
January 17, 1967, be, and the same are hereby approved and adopted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Alameda will receive scaled bids up
to the hour of 1:00 o'clock a.m. on FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 10, 1967, for furnishing to the City of said
pump, in accordance with said Specifications and Provisions. Bids must be presented to the City
Clerk, in the City Hall, Alameda, California, under sealed over and plainly marked on the outside,
"Proposal for Trailer-Mounted Sewage Pump," or similar designation.
Contract, if awarded, will be awarded subject to the provisions of" Ole Charter of said
City, to the responsible bidder who submits the lowest and best bid. The right is reserved to
reject any or all bide.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to advertise, in the Alameda 'fines- ;:,tar, a notice call-
ing for sealed bids, in accordance with the provisions of this resolution and of said Specifications
and Provisions.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
17th day of January, 1967, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Bartley, La Croix, Jr., McCall and Vice President Rose, (4).

ABSENT: President Godfrey, (1).
