1967, be, and the same are hereby aouroved and adopted.
BE; IT FURIBAD. RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Alameda will receive sealed bids
hp to the hour of' 11:00 &cluck a.m. FRIDAY, FEBRUARY' 10, 1967, for furnishing to the City of said
truck chassia and cab. Bids mint be presented to the City Clerk, in the City- Nall, Alameda,
California, under sealed cover and pmainiy marked on the outside, vRroposal for 3/4 ton Chassis-Cab
Truckv, or siddlar designation-
Contract, if awarded, will be awarddd subject to the provisions of the Charter of said
City, to the responsible bidder who submits the Lowest and best bid- The 030. is reserved to
reject any or all bins. •

ing for sealed bids, in accordance with the provisluns of this resolution and of said Specifications
and Provisions.
