RESOLVED IHI THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the Specifications and Provisions for
furnishing to the City- of Alameda one (1) new, latest model, 2-ton dump truck with tilting cab and
front end loader complete with loader and dump body installed, No. MS 1-67-8, filed Fm the dfice
of the City- Clerk on January 1E, 1.967, be, and the same are hereby- approved and adopted.
00 IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council. of the City of Alameda will reoeive sealed bids
ap to the hovr of 11:00 vmdlock a.m. on FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 10, 1967, for furnishing to the City- of
said dump truck, in accordance with said Specifications and. Provisions. Bids mnst be presented to
the City- Clerk, in the City Hall, Alameda, California, under scaled cover and plainly marked on the
outside, "Proposal for 2-ton Dump Truck", or sincillar designation.
Contraot, if awarded, will be awarded subject to the provisions of the Charter of said
City, to the responsible bidder who submits the lowest and best bid. The right is reserved to
reject any or all bids.
The City Clerk is hereby dnrected. to advertise, in the Alameda Times-Star, a notice call-
ing for sealed_ bids, in accordance with the provisions of this resolutien and if said Specifications
and Brovlsiens.
