and Plans for culvert reconstruction. at the intersection of Santa Clara Avenue and
Linden Street, No, P.N. 2-67-A, and filed in the. office of the City Clerk on February. 7,
1967:

IT URTHE RESCINTE that the Council of the City of 1e4. wi1 l receive
sealed bids up to the huur of 11:00 o'clock a.m. on FRIDAY, EEDAIJARY 2A, 1967, for
furnishing to the City of all labor, materials, machinery, tools and equipment necessary
for the work hereinabove referred to, in accordance with. said 8pecif3cations and
Provisions. Bids must be presented to the City Clerk, in the City Hull, Alameda,
California, under sealed cover and plainly marked on the outside, "Proposal for Culvert
Reconstruction at Banta Clara. Avenue ard Linden Street", or similar designation.
Contract, if avorded, will to awarded subject to the provisions of th6 Charter
of the City of Alameda, to the responsible bidder who submits the lowest and beat bid.
The right is reserved to reject any or all bids.
Said Specifications and Provisions may be bad by any prospective bidder on
application to the 01. Engineer, -t his office in the City Null, Alameda, California.
The City Clerk is hereby- directed to advertise, in. the Alameda Times-Star, a
notice calling for sealed bids, in accordance with the provisions of this reoolution
and of said Specifications and Provisions.
