RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SALE OF BONDS,
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 66-1, CITY OF
ALAMEDA, COUNTY 01 ALAMA1)A, STATE OF
CALIFORNIA.
WHEREAS, THE City Engineer of the City of Alameda, Chunty cf Alameda,
State of California, h filed with this City. Council the list of payments
received and the list of unpaid assessments. in. Assessment District No. 66-1,
City. of Alameda, County cf Alameda, State al California; and
'WHEREAS, said list of unpaid assessments showed that there is a balance
of :166,517.26 in unpaid assessments; and
eHENEAD, the City Council has adyerised for bids for sale of bonds to
be issued to represent all unpaid assessments; and
Tarnen, nslo w & Co., Inc. have offered to purchase all of
the bends representing unpaid assessments at the following price, to wit:
96.58% of per -value and at t1 gate nf 6%;
NOW, THEREFORE, Bk IT fw5oLATE1 by the City Council of the it of
Alameda, Alameda County, California, that said bonds to be issued to represent
unpaid assessments be sold to Tannen, Winslow & Co., Inc. at the price named in
their bid on file herein, plus accrued interest from the date thereof until paid.
BA IT FURTHER. -dol. VED that honds shall be issued to represent all of
the unpaid assessments under the provisions of the improvement Act of 1911 under
1 terms and conOitions outlined in the resolution of Intention on file 1
theou pfoceedings.
