tions and Provisions. Bibs must be presented to the City ClErk, in the City Hall,
AlsEbda, California, under sealed coveb and plainly marked on. the outside, "Proposal
for Construction of' a. Sanitary Sewwr in Clinton Avenue from Ptrk Street,. to Walnut
Street", or similar designation.
Contrabt, if awarded, will be awarded subject to thE provisions of the Charter
