APPROVING WARRANT NO. 122 00 BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF RECLAMATION DISTRICT NC. 2105
WHEREAS, there has heretofore been filed with this Council a request for
approval of a certain warrant numbered 122 of the Board of Trustees of Reclamation
District no, 2105, and this Council finds that said warrant should be approved; and
wEaEAs, the issuance of said warrant and the face amount thereof were duly
authorized by resolution of said Board at its meeting held on February 23, 1967,
said resolution appearing in the minutes thereof;
NOW, THEREFORE, EL IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY 00 ALAMEDA that
the warrant of the Board of Trustees of Reclamation District No. 2105 set forth
below be, and hereby is, approved.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in

AYES: Councilmen Bartley, McCall, Rose and President Godfrey, (4).
NOES: Councilmen La Croix, Jr., (1).
ABSENT: None.
