CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 7105
DIRECTING PERFORMANCE CF STREET IMPROVEMENT WORK
IN FITCHBURG AVENUE - BEACH ROAD IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT,
AND DECLARING COSTS THEREOF SHALL BECOME LIEN UPON
BENEFITTED PROPERTY
WHEREAS, a petition has been received by all cf the affected property
owners in the Fitchburg Avenue - Beach Road improvement District, pursuant to
Section 5879, Streets and Highways Code of California; and
WHEREAS, all other necessary proceedings required by Sections 5870 et
seq., of said Code, as a condition precedent to the undertaking of the said
improvement in said District, have been performed b the uperintenden of Streets
and by this Council, and it appears that construction should be commenced immedi-
ately and the coots thereof made a lien upon the affected property;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TEE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
the Superintendent of Streets shall cause the construction of the work in the
Fitchburg Avenue - Beach Road Improvement District to be done immediately and with-
out reference to the 6C-day period referred to in Section 5879 of said Code; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the cost of said work, one of the construction
anc installation of improvements in said District, shall thereafter be and become
a lien upon the property affected and benefitted thereby.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of. Alameda an
regular meeting assembled on the 7th day of March, 1.967, by the following vote,
to wit:

Fresident Godfrey, W.
