there remains unspent the sum of 614,597.56 from the 1.962-190 Alameda County Gas
Tax Funds, which sum the City desires to use for (1) the construction of an extension of a storm
sewer on Eighth Street from Lincoln Avenue to _Haight Avenue, and. (2) instaliatimn of rumble strips
or. Shore Line Drive between Broadway and Park. Street;
NOW THEREFORE, 3E IT RESOLVED BY TEE COIN= oF TEE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the City hereby'
approves the reallocation of the sum of $14,597.56 remaining in 2362-1963 monies of the klameda County
Gas 'lax Funds for the purposes above set forth and requests said reallocation be approved hy said

and denominated, "Reallocation of County Gas Tax Bands, 1962" showing the projects proposed for
expenditure of said surR be and hereby is approved.
