BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF TEE CITY CB' ALAMEDA that hurstant to Sections 3-912 and
3-921 of the Alameda Munioibal Code, and upon the written recommendatiun of the City,s Auditor and
ex-officio Assessor, it, lb hereby ordered that, the penalty in the sup. of $156.01 heretofore levied
upon and collected from Willard Anderson, 544 Central Avenue, Alameda, California, being Tax Bill
No. 9839 on the 196C - 19E7 Sedured Roll, be cancelled ard said amount be refundod to said
taxpayer.
