RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the Smecifioatione and Provisions for
furnishing to the City of Alameda one (1) new, 1967 latest model, 1/2 ton pickup truck for the Golf
Course, No. ES V-17-5, filed in the office of the City Clerk on March 21, 1.70, be, and the same are
hereby approved and adopted.
L1 FURTHER BESOTTED that the Council 07 11 City of Alameda will receive sealed bids up
to the hour of Ufa') o,clock a.m. on WEDNESDAY, APRIL 12, 1967, for the furnishing tc tbo City. of
said pickap truck, in accordance with said Specifications and Provisions. Bids must be presented to
the City Clerk, in the City Hall Alameda, California, under sealed cover and plainly marked on the
outside, "fromosal for one (1) new, 1167 latest model, 1/2 tcn pickup Truck', or similar designation.
Contract, if awamded, will be awarded subject to the provisions of the Chafter of said Gay,
to the responsible bidder who submits the iberest and best bid. The right is reserved to reject any
or all bids.
1'-o pity Clerk is hereby directed, to advertise, in, the Alameda Tines—Star, a notipe callfng
for sealed bids, En apcordance with the provisions of this resolution and of said Specceirations amd
Provisions.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
