COURSE, CALLING FOR BIDS AND 100 19 CITY CLERK TO ADVERTISE

RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF' IKE CITY OF ALUEBA that 16 Specifications and. Provisions for
furnishing to the City of Alameda one (1) new latest 1Wei7 model laght duty pickup truck, for the Golf
Course, No. MS 3-67-6, filed in the office of the City Clerk on March 21, 1967, be and the same are
hereby- approved and adopted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Alameda will receive sealed bids up
to the hour of 11t00 (Molock a.m.. on WEDNESDAY, APRII 12, 1967, for the funishing to the City of
said pickup truck, in accordance with said Specifications and Provisions. Bids must be nrosented to
the City Clerk, in the Citp Hall, Alameda, California, under sealed cover and plainly marked on the
outside, "Proposal for ore (1) new latest 1967 model light duty pickup truck", or similar designation.
Contract, if awarded, will be awarded subject to the provisions of the Chamter of' said
Citgu to the responsible bidoier who subMits the lowest and best bid. The right is reserved to reject
any or all, hnds.

ing for sealed bfCs, in accordance with the provisions of thib resolution and of said Specifications
and Provisior.
