CUNNEEN OF comaRcE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF' ZEE CITY CF ALAMEDA that the Mayor and City Clerk be and
each hereby is, authorized to execute and attest to, respectively, on behalf of the City, an amend-
ment to the Agreement between the City and the Alameda Chamber of Cohmerce, heretofore or Murky 27,
1966, entered into and. authorized by Resolution No. 19W1 adopted July 19, 1W6G, said amendment
relating to aEditipnal expenditures by said Chamber of Commerce, and in substahtially the form of
that Agreement on file in the office of the City Clerk and marked, "Filed, or 2f, 1967."
