ADOPTING SPECIFICATIONS FOR FURNISHING TO ME CITY OF ALAMEDA
ONE (1) NEM, LATEST MODER THREE-WHEEL GASOLINE VEHICLE FOR.
THE PORE DEPARTMENT, CALLING FOR BIDS AND PIRIAMING CIAT CLERK
TO ADVERTISE SAME.
RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF 1 TAT OF AIMHERA that the Specifications and Provisions for
furnishing to the City of Alameda one (1..) new, latwst model three-wheel gasoline vehicle for the
Park Department, No. MS 6-67-7, filed in the office of' the City Clerk on April 18, 1967, be, and the
same are hereby approved and adopted-
BE IT FURTHER, RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Alaneda will receive sealed bida up
to the huur of 11:00 off:lock a. m. on THURSDAY, EAT 4, 1967, for the furnishing to the City of said
vehicle, in accwrdanpo with said Specifications and Provisions. Bids must be presented to the City
Clerk, in the City Hall, Alameda, California, ander sealed cover and plainly' marked on the outside,
"Proposal for one (1) new, latest model throe-wheel. gasoline vehicle', or similar designation-
Contract, if awarded, will be :warded subject to 690 provisions of the Charter of said
City, to the responsible bidder who submits the lowest and best hid_ The right le reserved to
reject any or all bIrds.
The City Clerk to hereby directed to advertioo, in the Alameda IHnes-Star, a notito calling
for sealed bido, in accordance with the provisions of this resolution and of said Specifications and
Provisions.
