WHEREAS, the City Engineer has prepared SpeciYidatiens, Special Provasions and Plans for
the construction of' improvements at the Lincoln Park tennis court, numbered 3.. 5-67-12, and filed in
the office of the City Clerk on May 16, 1967;
NOW THEREFORE, a. IT' RESOLVED BY THE COUNOLL OF 11121 CITY OF ALAMEDA that the aforesaid
Ssecificatibno, Special Provieions and Plans, numbered and filed as aforesaid, be, and the same are
hereby approved and adbpted.
BE IT EMMETT RESOUND that the performance and comp lotion of tho morn specified im said.
Specifisations and Provisions be and. the same is hereby authorized.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Alameda will receive sealed bids up
to the hour of 11:00 o'clock a.m. on FRIDAY. MAY 26, 1967, for furnishing to the City of all lEbor,
mID erials, machineryx tools and 2. ID necessary for tEe work hereinabove referred to, in accord-
ance with said Specifications and Provisions. Fide must be presented to the City Clerk, in the City
all, Alameda, California, under sealed cover and plainly marmed on the outside, 'Proposal. fer the
Construction of Improvemeans at the Lincoln Park Tennis Court", or similar designation-
