SIDEWAIX, DRIVEWAY, CURB AED GUTTER, FOR EEG FISCAL YEAR
ENDING JUNE 30, 1968, CALLING FOR BIDS AND DIRECTING' CITY
CLERK TO ADVERTISE SAME.
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has prepared Specifications, Special Provisibns and Plans for
MINOR STREET PATCHING weaTI ASPHALT CONCRETE for the fiscal year ending Jbne 80, 1968, numbered PW
6-67-14 and filed with the City Clerk on May 16, 1967; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has prepared SpecEficationa, Special Provisions and Plans for
the INSTAIIATION OF HOUSE LATERALS from the street latoralo to the property' line, and other work
appurtenant; thereto, for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1968, numbered PW 5-67-15 and filed. with
the City Clerk on May 16, 1967; and
WHEREAD, the City Engineer has prepared Specifications, Special. Provisions and Plans for
REPAIR OF PORTLAND CFEENT C3 NCRE1E SIDEWALK, DRIVEWAY, CURE AND GUTTER for the fiscal year ending
June 30, 1968, nu'hero)) PW 8-67-16 and filed with the City- Clerk on Way 16, 1967;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT FESOIWFC BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF' ALAMEDA that the aforesaid
Specifioations, Special Provisions and Plans, numbered and filed as aforesaid, be, and the same are
hereby approved and adopted.
BE IT FULGIFIL RESOLVED that the performance and completion of the work specified in said
Specifications and Provisions be and the same ib hereby authorized.
BE 1"1 FEITUNER RESOLVED that the Counoil of the City of Alameda will receive sealed bids
up to the hour of 11:00 o'clock. a.m. on FRIDAY, MAI 26, 1267, for the furnishing to the City of all
labor, materials and equipment, necessary for said work, for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1968,
in accordance tE,th said Specifications and Provisions individually prepared therefor. Bids must be
presented to thp City Clerk, in the City Hall, in Alameda, California, under sealed cover, and plainly
narked on the outside with the 16)i 'o of the fiscal year work to which said. bid applies.
Contract, if awarded, will be awarded subject, to the provisiens of the ''1- 6) said
City, to the responsible bidder who submits the lowest and best bid. The right is reserved to
reject any or all bids.
Said Specifications and Provisions may he had. by- any prosbective bidder on. applioation to
the City. Engineer, et his office in the City Hall, Alameda, California.

ng for sealed bids in accordance with the previsions of this resolution and of said Specifications
and Provisions.
